Terms of Use

A referral service, not a contractor

Caldwell Pipe Pros (caldwellpipepros.com) is a marketing and referral service. It connects homeowners with independent local plumbers and does not itself perform plumbing, pipe repair, or water line work. Any work at your home is performed by an independent plumber, under an agreement between you and that plumber.

No obligation from calling

Calling the number on this site connects you with a local plumber so you can describe your problem and hear what a visit would involve. The call itself creates no obligation to hire anyone, and no work is authorized until you agree to it directly with the plumber.

Your responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify that any plumber you hire carries the license and insurance required for the work being performed, and to agree on the scope of work directly with that plumber before work begins.

No warranties

This site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed by independent plumbers, and it is not responsible for the quality, scheduling, or outcome of work arranged through a referral. The content on this site is general information about frozen, burst, and leaking pipes; it is not a diagnosis of your home's plumbing.

Site content

Content on this site may be updated or changed at any time without notice. Service areas, availability, and plumber participation can change; the plumber you speak with is the authority on what they can do and when.
